Meet Tania
Hi, I'm Dr. Tania Nunez—Doctor of Acupuncture, yoga and meditation teacher, and movement and recovery educator.
My work brings together Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, yoga, strength, mobility, meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement.
I've experienced firsthand how easy it is to fall into the cycle of stretching, pushing, resting, and repeating without really understanding why the same patterns keep showing up.
That experience changed the way I approach movement and recovery. Rather than simply trying to fix what's uncomfortable, I became more interested in understanding the patterns behind what I was experiencing—and learning how to work with them.
Today, I help people explore those patterns through acupuncture and practical movement and self-care tools.
