Meet Tania
Dr. Tania Nunez, DAc, RYT is a licensed acupuncturist, yoga, and meditation teacher dedicated to helping individuals restore balance, reduce pain, and cultivate lasting well-being.
From an early age, Tania has been passionate about living a healthy, mindful lifestyle. Her journey began with over a decade of dedicated study and practice in yoga and meditation, which inspired her to explore deeper ways of supporting others on their healing paths. This commitment led her to the study of acupuncture, where she discovered the profound connections between body, mind, emotions, and breath in the healing process.

She has trained extensively in Trigger Point Needling, Clean Needle Technique, and completed clinical internships serving the NYC community at One Point Harlem Reduction Clinic, specializing in addiction and trauma recovery.
She designs personalized treatment plans that address both the symptoms and root causes of imbalance and support the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Her areas of focus include:
- Sports medicine & orthopedics
- Acute & chronic pain conditions
