Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of classical Hatha-Raja yoga based on my Guru; Sri Dharma Mittra’s almost fifty years of practice of classical yoga.
The asana practice is geared for students of all levels, from beginner to advance, modifications and advanced variations are given based on a students level. The practice also includes pranayama and meditation.
Classes are currently held at Maximum Motion Fitness in Jersey City.

Thai Yoga Therapy
Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient healing practice for the body, mind and spirit. Originating in Thailand it combines the benefits of Yoga, Massage and Energy line work all in one beautiful synchronized session.
During a session the receiver is taken through a series of yoga movements, stretching, acupressure, reflexology, blood stopping and energy line work for the end goal of leaving one recharged and renewed.
