Dharma Yoga is a graceful, yet challenging form of classical Hatha-Raja yoga based on my Guru; Sri Dharma Mittra’s almost fifty years of practice of classical yoga. Certified in Levels 1, 2 & 3 and Gentle Yoga.
The practice is geared for students of all levels, from beginner to advance, modifications and advanced variations are given based on a students level. The practice also includes pranayama and meditation.

Rooted in Chinese Medicine concepts, classes include learning about the 12 meridian pathways, the internal organs and their correlated emotions. Learn how to release stagnated energy, release emotional blockages and improve your practice through a strong vinyasa sequence, acupressure release techniques, pranayama exercises, and a guided deep relaxation.
